After consulting our experts for an appraisal, you will be given an estimate. A reserve price is also mentioned: this is the minimum sale price. If you are satisfied with our proposal, we will proceed with the sale of your lot for the next auctions.
Putting your lot up for sale
If you accept our proposal, we will catalogue your property for the next sale. You will receive a detailed statement with the sale date.
Your property will then be catalogued and described by our experts, photographed in our studio and published on our website and that of Drouot, with whom we work to broadcast our sales live.
Display and sale
Your lot will be displayed before the auction, from Friday to Sunday (10am-6pm) and sold under judicial supervision. You remain the owner until the sale.
Payment
21 working days after the sale, you will receive your payment, minus 15% costs and €2.50 per lot. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash (up to €3,000). You will receive a full statement of sale.
